Ezra

Ezra 5–6 tells how the temple rebuilding resumes through God’s guidance and is completed despite opposition.

Ezra 3–4 describes the rebuilding of the altar and temple foundation, along with opposition that hinders the work in Jerusalem.

Ezra 1–2 recounts the return of Jewish exiles from Babylon as God moves King Cyrus to allow them to rebuild the temple in Jerusalem.
