Our Scripture for 2026:
“Be devoted to one another in brotherly love. Honor one another above yourselves. Never be lacking in zeal, but keep your spiritual fervor, serving the Lord.” Romans 12:10-11
Our theme for the year is ONE ANOTHER!
Murdock Baptist Church Women’s Ministry Three-fold Vision
- Up-reach – But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and forever! Amen. (2 Peter 3:18) Equipping and supporting women to strengthen their relationship with God.
- In-reach – Be devoted to one another in love. Honor one another above yourselves. 12 Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer. 13 Share with the Lord’s people who are in need. Practice hospitality. (Romans 12:10, 12-13) Develop a welcoming environment where every woman at MBC feels included, invited and welcomed – especially those new to Murdock and anyone visiting our church.
- Out-reach – He said to them, ‘Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation. (Mark 16:15) Include a mission/outreach element in everything we do.
A Special Note to you: Our Women’s Ministry Leadership Team is working hard to bring you opportunities to gather, worship, grow and enjoy our faith journey together. 2026 Calendar for Upcoming Women’s Ministry Events
Women’s Mini-Retreat , Friday Evening, October 23rd and Saturday Morning, October 24th. Guest Speaker Debby Russell will help us with practical ways to put love for God and love for others into action based on Romans 12:9-21. Tickets are just $15. Sign up after service on Sunday, or email barb@overflowinghope.com to let her know you are coming.
