Murdock Baptist Church Women’s Ministry Three-fold Vision
- Up-reach But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and forever! Amen. (2 Peter 3:18) Equipping and supporting women to strengthen their relationship with God.
- In-reach Be devoted to one another in love. Honor one another above yourselves. 12 Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer. 13 Share with the Lord’s people who are in need. Practice hospitality. (Romans 12:10, 12-13) Develop a welcoming environment where every woman at MBC feels included, invited and welcomed – especially those new to Murdock and anyone visiting our church.
- Out-reach He said to them, ‘Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation. (Mark 16:15) Include a mission/outreach element in everything we do.
A Special Note to you: Our Women’s Ministry Leadership Team is working hard to bring you opportunities to gather, worship, grow and enjoy our faith journey together. We love to see you at our events, and hope you will find something that blesses you as we experience life along side one another. Please let us know how we can best serve you. “Prepare Him Room” An Advent Evening. Thursday, December 5th at 6:00 pm in Building B. We invite you to come intentionally seeking Jesus before the holiday rush! We will be immersed in an atmosphere of worship, encouragement and teaching that will inspire us to create room in our hearts, homes and community this season. January Bible Study begins Tuesday evening 1/7 at 6:00 pm and Wednesday morning 1/8 at 9:30 am. “The Power of Knowing God” by Kay Arthur, a 6 week, 40 minute, no homework study. It will be led by Debbie Crawford. Sign-ups begin on December 8th after services in the fellowship hall.
