Camp Prayers
Our teens made it to Fuge Camps in Louisville, Kentucky. Specifically they will be participating in Mission Fuge! At MFUGE, our teens will jump into ministry and serve in local communities!
Highly trained FUGE Camps staffers lead Bible study and facilitate the planning for each day. At MFuge, Students are divided into groups for Bible study and ministry based on the type of work they request. Adult leaders from our church accompany Bible study groups to the ministry site.
During the day our students will be challenged and stretched as individuals; in the evenings, they have an opportunity to build group unity over dinner, worship, fellowship and church group devotions.
MFuge is designed to give students a mission experience that opens their eyes to similar opportunities they may have to serve in their own communities, learning to live life each day on mission!
6/13/23 – We had a great first night at MFuge! Our verse for this week is 2 Corinthians 3:18. “We all, with unveiled faces, are reflecting the glory of the Lord and are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory; this is from the Lord who is the Spirit.” Murdock family, pray that today, the Lord will do a transformation work both in you, and in the lives of the campers and staff this week.
6/14/23 – James has been sick for the last two days and it has kept him from participating. As of this afternoon he is starting to feel better. Please continue to pray for all of us as we prepare for day three!
6/16/23 – We had a great day at the Ark Encounter with our guide Dan Lietha!
We encourage our church members to pray for those who are going to camp this year. This year we will be sending Floe and James to camp. Karrie and Pastor Michael Anderson will be the camp leaders. Please leave a prayer below for them.

Dear heavenly Father, I ask that the blood of Jesus wash over these campers, that HIS blood protects these campers from any harm, that the weather is good and they have so much fun and fond memories to look past as they grow older. Let them have wisdom and hear your words as they grow in their experience with this camp. That they make friends, good friends that are also in Christ Jesus and that they are able to influence one another towards your way. I ask all of this is your precious son’s name, Jesus Christ. Amen.

Praying for these teens and their leaders as they have a very special spot in my heart. Though they are small in number may the be used greatly by God this week. 0May Floe and James be your hands and feet as they minister and serve in the areas you send them. Keep them safe and let them enjoy being with other like minded teens. Let them have lots of fun as they serve and as they play ! As their camp counselors (and parents) give Michael and Karrie wisdom to know when to step in and when not to as they work along side these two and other missionary teens ! Thank you for their safe trip to Kentucky .
