We all recognize the immense power of prayer; we see it at work every day. Prayer is an act of worship that glorifies God and reinforces our need for Him, and it is a vital part of the MBC community of faith.
We invite you to post a prayer request, which can be done anonymously if you prefer, in the space below.
Do not cease to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers:Â Â that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him.

I’m completing Biola’s MA TESOL program with only the Fall 2025 Practicum remaining. Since the program is closing and key faculty have moved on, I have limited guidance or support in arranging the Practicum. Please pray that the Lord would not only lead me personally, but also open doors to strong, well-positioned connections—including through Biola—who will actively guide, connect and advocate for me in ways that lead to a high-caliber practicum. Pray that the Lord will open the door for a career-launching placement—one that places me under a transformative mentor-teacher, fosters deep and reflective growth, and equips me to craft and define my teaching style. Pray that it becomes a formative apprenticeship, shaping me into an English (ESL/EFL) teacher who teaches with excellence and impact, deeply aligned with God’s calling. Pray that I’ll be faithfully upheld in prayer, from this practicum into my international teaching and lifelong.
