We have all suffered the loss of a loved one and can relate in some fashion to what you’re going through. This is GriefShare, not GriefFix. The healing is found in sharing your grief experience; while coming to terms with the new life you are left with after your loss. Share only what you’re comfortable with as you come to be with others who are learning to grow in a new way. They need what you have to offer as marvelous healing comes through your service to others.
